Rates, Payment, and Hours

Individual Coaching: Package: $3500 for 12 sessions. Per session: $300/60 minutes.

Fat & Larger Body Connection Groups: $250/month. Groups meet twice monthly, two hours each time.

Payments are made through the scheduling system, Practice.do. They use Stripe for card processing.

Hours are in CST (Chicago) and available by Appointment Only.
Tuesday: 8am – 4:30pm
Wednesday: 9am – 5:30pm
Thursday: 8am – 3:15pm
